Live Well London has ended
We are over the moon that you are going to be joining us at the first ever Live Well London from 1-3 March 2019. The pre-booking of studio sessions has now closed, but we are delighted to tell you that we have reserved a small number of walk-up places for the boutique studios so just get to your session at least 15 minutes early to try and secure a spot!

Live Well London is jam packed full of experiences, including the Move It Main Stage which has various fitnesss, yoga and pilate experiences ALL DAY and with 100 spots each, as well as the Live Cooking & Nutrition Theatre, the Retreat and the Knowledge Hub which are all walk-up.

Not to mention a Prosecco Truck, a Shake Shack by Innermost, Free Treatments in the Me Time by MINDBODY area, street food and a shopping village!
